A reduced carbohydrate, modified fat, fiber-containing formula, designed to enhance blood glucose response in people with abnormal glucose tolerance when used as a nutritional component of therapy in patients prone to elevated blood glucose levels. Provides only 34.3% of total calories as carbohydrate. Unique fat blend, rich in monounsaturated fatty acids, provides the majority of the nonprotein calories. Formulation includes soy fiber to help maintain normal bowel function.
