This product provides all of the important B vitamins, including B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, Folic Acid, Biotin and Pantothenic Acid, plus it contains 150mg of Vitamin C (a powerful antioxidant). Serving Size: 1 Tablet Servings per Container: 100 Ingredients: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), 150 mg; Thiamin (Vit. B1) (as thiamin monomitrate), 100 mg; Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), 20 mg; Niacin (as niacinamide), 25 mg; Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCl), 2 mg; Folic Acid, 400mcg; Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin), 15 mcg; Biotin, 5 mcg; Pantothenic Acid (as calcium d-pantothenate), 5.5 mg. Other ingredients: Dicalcium phosphate, debittered Brewers yeast, microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, lactose, maltodextrin, polyethylene glycol.
