Stabilizer Bar Standard 4' length, Mini 3' length. Lightweight! Add or remove foam ring as proficiency levels changes. Rehab applications include maintaining balance and equilibrium during walking/gaiting exercises, as used in some stroke recovery therapy. Great for "just resting on" under the arms, or extended out in front for kicking drills. Works well in workouts for individuals with low level arthritis.
