The Neckpro Overdoor Cervical Traction Device, developed by Dr. Larry Gilliam, M.D., eliminates the bag of water and its trial and error method of traction tension used by conventional home overdoor traction systems. By using a precision made compression spring and a unique ratcheting device, the Neckpro delivers a more precise amount of cervical traction tension. Each 'click' of the ratchet signals a 1 lb. (.5 kg) increase in the tension being applied, allowing the patient to monitor and track the settings which provide a positive outcome.

The specially-designed head halter is easy to apply and comfortable even under high levels of cervical traction tension. Quick-release straps on the Neckpro give the patient a convenient way to relieve unwanted tension without having to worry about a new setup. Neck pain can be caused by traumatic injury from strain, whiplash, or a fracture. However, it also may be caused from sitting too long at a desk or computer; driving long distances; poor posture; improper sleeping habits; and from everyday physical, mental, and, especially, emotional stress. Neck pain results from muscle spasm or tension that causes narrowing of the spaces between the vertebrae. Neckpro is a device that applies cervical traction, stretching muscles and forcing them to relax. The result is to effectively break the neck pain/spasm cycle. It is safe and effective when used as directed to relieve pain associated with:

Cervical disc herniation;

1 .Open box and unfold Neckpro	2. Hang door bracket on door	3. Sit in Chair and adjust harness position for applying to head


4. Apply harness to chin/head	5. Apply tension to loose cord	6. Pull straps forward to attach to chin velcro patches


7. Once taut 1 click per pound of pressure for therapy	8. To remove harness grasp straps and release from chin velcro patch	9. Pull straps backwards


10. Then lift straps up and over head	11. Pull straps forward over head to remove	13. Release tab to adjust cord for next use
