Grasp the ladder-like webbing of the Bed Pullup to help you sit up in bed without using your hips or legs. The four pullup loops are spaced 10" (25cm) apart. The 40" (102cm) long loop attaches around a bed leg or to the bed frame. A hook and loop strap keeps the attachment buckle secure. A good grip is required for use.
