The small transmitter sends an electronic signal to the receiver, indicating that help is needed. Signal can be sent up to 100 feet (30m) through most walls and floors. Includes a cord to keep the transmitter handy. Completely wireless. No installation is required. The receiver has a discreet chime or can be set for vibration indicator for persons who have hearing loss. Convenient clip can be used for attachment to a belt or converted to an easel for tabletop use. Transmitter uses a 12 volt battery (included), and the receiving pager uses two "AA" batteries (not included). FCC certified.
