The Ulti-Mate (R) cushion is a lightweight and maintenance-free pressure-reduction cushion created from two layers of molded visco-elastic foam and a polyurethane foam bottom layer. The Ulti-Mate cushion provides superior weight distribution and pressure reduction, while optimizing overall positioning and support.
Darlex - Water Resistant, Breathable outer cover. Waterproof Recovery fabric makes up the inner cover. Leg Length cut outs are available to accommodate user leg descrepancies. Obliquity build up modifications are available as well. # Three foam firmness's for comfort, stability, and pressure relief. Anatomical contours match body shape (Leg channels, Pre-Ischial shelf, Trochanteric shelves, contoured sacral - ischial area)
