Description

When checking visual acuity, one eye is covered at a time and the vision of each eye is recorded separately, as well as both eyes together. In the Snellen fraction 20/20, the first number represents the test distance, 20 feet.

The second number represents the distance that the average eye can see the letters on a certain line of the eye chart. So, 20/20 means that the eye being tested can read a certain size letter when it is 20 feet away.

If a person sees 20/40, at 20 feet from the chart that person can read letters that a person with 20/20 vision could read from 40 feet away. The 20/40 letters are twice the size of 20/20 letters; however, it does not mean 50% vision since 20/20 sounds like it is one half of 20/40. If 20/20 is considered 100% visual efficiency, 20/40 visual acuity is 85% efficient.

For tape or dressing removal. Reduces adhesive trauma to skin. Pleasant fragrance, environmentally friendly formula; contains aloe.

Closed pouch with two-sided comfort panels (no filter).

NiteTrain'r is a moisture-sensing device for children who wet. It consists of a small plastic alarm box that attaches to the shoulder area of the child's pajama or tee shirt close to the ear and a nonabsorbent sensor pad worn over the genitals and held in place (INSIDE the underwear) with a pair of snug-fitting shorts or panties. The plastic box unit contains a miniaturized electronics alarm and a 9-volt battery. NiteTrain'r has a built-in dual-volume control switch for the alarm (high/low). The moisture-sensing pad may be uncomfortable to wear. NOTE: Specify male or female when ordering.

Included with every alarm are instructions for use, a progress chart and two moisture-sensing pads. (Two male or two female) One 9V battery included. Additional sensors are available in our accessories section.

The large sensor pad worn inside the underwear can be uncomfortable for smaller children. Two sensor pads may not be adequate for children who wet multiple times a night, so you may want to purchase a spare.

HOW DOES IT WORK Place the moisture-sensitive pad into snug fitting underwear, with the wide area of the pad in front. the holes in the pad should be in contact with body, so they can detect and hold the signs of wetness.

ALARM: The alarm will sound when plugging it in, to let you it is working. at that time you can set the alarm to a high or low sound.
