The flexing action of the honeycomb cells exfoliates the skin while stimulating blood flow to tissue. This helps to breakdown the toxins that produce cellulite. Can be used wet or dry. (Dry brushing with upward strokes towards the heart promotes blood flow.) The perforated cells create a foamy lather with just a pinch of soap.
