It has an easy to modify base with optional positioning components for optimal stability. The JAY J2 Wheelchair Cushion is a lightweight, low maintenance cushion designed for a person with a high risk for skin breakdown, may not perform weight shifts independently, has had changing positioning requirements over time or uses a wheelchair most of the day. The extensive selection of positioning components allows for even further customization. While the J2 comes with a Stretch cover standard, an Air Exchange or Moisture/Incontinence cover is available.
