The Immedia 3B-Board is a reliable transfer board specifically crafted to span distances during seated transfers. Its unique banana-shaped curve provides flexibility in positioning, allowing it to be placed with the curve facing forward or backward based on the transfer scenario, such as aligning with the wheelchair wheel.

Enhancing user mobility and self-reliance, the 3B-Board features a low-friction upper surface that facilitates both independent and assisted movements. The non-slip underside ensures the board remains securely in position, offering stability during transfers.

The new, padded Chest Prompt holds the torso at the desired angle. It is available in three sizes, and accommodates a wide range of users. Tilt adjusts forward or backward in 15 increments. One knob adjusts both tilt angle and width. Adjustments can be made while user is in the walker. Chest Prompt stays open for easy transfers. Fit the Chest Prompt snugly to support dependent users, or wrap loosely as a training guide for gaining independent trunk control. Cleanable padding is anti-microbial and repels UV light to stay cool. Fits all earlier models of the Pacer Gait Trainer.
