Pediatric strollers are the most common way to transport children safely and comfortably. If your child has special needs, a standard stroller may not work as well as these adaptive strollers. Adaptive strollers and pushchairs have additional features like expanded tilt and recline options or positioning belts that will make any trip in these strollers much easier.
Like many of our wheelchairs, many of these strollers have options that allow you to customize the stroller to your exact needs. Headrest, back and seat cushions, additional positioning belts throughout, and rear tire options are just some of those options that may be available. In addition, most of these strollers have several upholstery and/or frame color choices to choose from. Like standard strollers, many of these strollers can fold up for easier storage when not in use.
Some of these strollers are WC19 compliant which means they have passed standards that allow them to be safely used as a seat in a motor vehicle.
