At its core is a high-density molded foam base, engineered with strategic relief cutouts and customizable toppers that help keep the pelvis centered and stable. A twin-cell aqueous gel insert is precisely positioned beneath high-risk bony areas at the rear, offering advanced pressure relief where its needed most. To combat posterior pelvic tilt, the cushion features a sculpted pelvic well and a supportive pre-ischial shelf, enhancing posture and alignment. For even more targeted protection, segmented aqueous gel packs cradle each ischial tuberosity (IT), reducing shear forces and minimizing the risk of skin breakdown.
