The Pivotal Therapy System has been successfully used for 20 years to conservatively treat soft tissue issues related to the spine. The Pivotal Therapy System's purpose is to help reverse slumped posture and reduce the pain, fatigue and dysfunction associated with adaptive slumped posture utilizing gravity and progressive increments of time.

The Short Thoracic Pivot can be used for craniosacral self-treatment (CST), which involves the therapist working the key muscles of the spine and skull. It can also be used as a sacral wedge for mobilization, as a rib release tool, and for sternal and anterior rib mobilization.

Provides symptomatic relief of acute and chronic pain. The strap functions dynamically as the knee bends and straightens. Pressure on the tendon below the kneecap helps guide the kneecap in the groove, improving tracking and helping spread pressure uniformly over the surface area. It also elevates the knee slightly, further relieving pressure. Tricot-covered (1/4) inch foam strap with Hook and Loop closures in the back. Strap should not be worn to bed. Size; measure leg circumference just below kneecap.
