They provide support to the child's thighs, limit abduction/adduction, and swing with the user's gait pattern, allowing for natural movement while still providing support.

Pair of Knee Lateral Support Blocks adjust vertically and horizontally and rotate to give comfortable positioning.

The Adjustable Abduction Wedge can be changed from 3.5" - 11" in width (5° - 25° abduction), depending on how much abduction is desired.

The picture above shows the wedge with a Hip Stabilizer, which helps maintain hip extension and knee positioning. The Hip Stabilizer can also be bought with a Round Abductor instead of the wedge.
