The Cruiser X4 lightweight wheelchair is a feature rich lightweight wheelchair that includes standard many options not available on most other wheelchairs in its class.

It starts with an aluminum and carbon steel blended frame with a combination powder coated and silver vein finish that is attractive, chip resistant and easy-to-maintain. This allows for a chair that is easy to propel and transport as it weighs 36 pounds or less. The frame style also eliminates seat guides and allows for custom backs and accessories.

Looking at the arms, the Cruiser X4 has adjustable height armrests that are flip-back or removable allowing for greater individual adjustment. The armrest pad included can be either desk or full length in size.

While the Cruiser X4 comes in three seat widths (16, 18 or 20), the seat depth can be adjusted between 16 and 18 as needed. An adjustable seat height enables the Cruiser X4 to be lower to the ground for individuals needing to use their feet to propel. The durable, flame retardant nylon upholstery resists mildew and bacteria.

The Cruiser X4 comes with composite Mag-style polyurethane rear tires that offer a superior performance, a smoother ride and are lightweight. These wheels come mounted on three position quick release rear axles and have push-to-lock wheel locks that come standard. On the front of the wheelchair, the 8" composite front casters have 3 height adjustments and angle adjustments.

Finally, the Cruise X4 comes with swing-away footrests or elevating leg rests with tool-free adjustable length riggings.
