An alternative to a typical seat belt, Riftons unique pelvic harness firmly positions a clients pelvis by securing hips and upper thighs without pressure on the abdomen. The pelvic harness provides a stable, comfortable base for postural control and encourages proper alignment of the spine. It also controls extreme extensor spasticity that can result in sacral sitting.

The ideal time to purchase the Extended Seat Cushion is when your child's thigh depth and hip width have outgrown the standard seat cushion. You can extend the life of your MPS by 7 years with the addition of the Extended Seat Cushion.
