The Stealth Essence SPP Wheelchair Cushion is a high-performance seating solution designed to enhance pelvic stability, lower extremity support, and full surface contact area for improved posture and pressure management. Its contoured base promotes optimal alignment, while a pre-ischial shelf supports proper pelvic positioning and helps prevent posterior pelvic tilt. Integrated sub-trochanteric support increases lateral stability, and the cushion is specially designed to maintain medial and lateral femur alignment for improved lower body positioning.

The top layer features viscoelastic memory foam, offering superior comfort and protection through immersive, pressure-relieving properties that adapt to the bodys contours. For users with pelvic asymmetries, optional positioning wedges are available in small, medium, and large sizes, allowing for the accommodation or correction of pelvic obliquity.

Ideal for the more physically involved individuals who do have head/trunk control, but may need to compensate for uneven weight distribution or lateral rotation. Tendencies toward lateral rotation are minimized by placing the side pads, which add flotation, in various positions. Front chest pad provides additional lift and is also removable. Use the crotch strap to keep the Dolphin from riding up while swimming.

Made of 100% Akton polymer, these Mattress Overlays are used to cover the entire surface, or isolated areas, of an existing standard mattress.

Used by hospitals and long-term care facilities as a significant component in prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers, AKTON polymer will not migrate like gels, does not promote bacterial growth and is ideal for multiple client use.

Stealth HMO-400-17M straight headrest mounting system provides both vertical and horizontal adjustment.
