JAY Wheelchair Arm Troughs are designed to position the arm and hand for optimal support and comfort.

Ideal for stroke patients to position hands and arms to reduce likelihood of shoulder subluxation (dislocation) and significantly reduce pain.

Includes soft comfortable Hook and Loop straps for positioning and securing the arm in place. Straps can be easily adjusted or removed.

Available in three lengths with fixed or swing away mounting options that fit most any wheelchair armrest.

Fixed mount allows for forward and rearward adjustment. Replaces wheelchair armrest pad.

Swivel mount allows internal or external rotation to accommodate limited range of motion.
