Suction catheters are flexible, long tubes used to remove respiratory secretions from the airway. The purpose of suctioning is to keep the airway clear of secretions and to prevent plugging. One end of the suction catheter is connected to a collection container (suction canister) and a device that generates suction. The open end is advanced through the airway (endotracheal or tracheostomy tube) to remove secretions.

Knee Pro-Tec provides compression on the patellar tendon, helping spread pressure uniformly across the patellar tendon, reducing discomfort and irritation. The Knee Pro-Tec patellar tendon strap is designed to provide consistent pressure on the patellar tendon. The strap is made from neoprene, which stretches, allowing it to stay comfortably in place. Tubing, sewn into the neoprene, is used to provide gentle compression and a plastic loop is utilized to make it easier to adjust. The strap attaches with a Hook and Loop closure.

The only active membrane dressing that contains the following wound healing agents: wound cleanser, mild bacteriostatic, moisturizer and an absorbing agent. Feels like foam, maintains a warm, moist, fluid environment and has absorbent properties.
