Description	Ideal for the more physically involved individuals who do have head/trunk control, but may need to compensate for uneven weight distribution or lateral rotation. Tendencies toward lateral rotation are minimized by placing the side pads, which add flotation, in various positions. Front chest pad provides additional lift and is also removable. Use the crotch strap to keep the Dolphin from riding up while swimming.	Made of 100% Akton polymer, these Mattress Overlays are used to cover the entire surface, or isolated areas, of an existing standard mattress. Used by hospitals and long-term care facilities as a significant component in prevention and treatment of decubitus ulcers, AKTON polymer will not migrate like gels, does not promote bacterial growth and is ideal for multiple client use.	Stealth HMO-400-17M straight headrest mounting system provides both vertical and horizontal adjustment. Includes: Standard Straight Mounting Hardware and Wheelchair Backrest Mount.
