Foam dressing with polyurethane top layer permeable to water vapour; the strong capillary effect of the special hydrophilic pore structure enables a rapid transport of wound exudate and ensures a balanced moist wound environment; germs and cell debris are safely bound, even under compression; soft and smooth with good padding properties.

PermaFoam has around the edges a hypoallergenic adhesive film for a fixation which is safe and impermeable to germs.

Comfortable straps for securing arm. The Comfort Arm Trough can be easily adjusted or removed. Provides support for contractures and tone, while also preventing finger drop. Tall rail helps keep arm from rotating inwards. Mounting Hardware Not Included.

Optional EAD hardware option allows arm trough to be elevated and articulated in 10 degree increments, and adjusted for depth up to 4". Moldable option can be used to elevate fingers, preventing edema. 22" arm length to provide full arm and finger support to all users.

The Comfort Arm Comfort-Tek fabric cover fluid proof exterior has supple leathery properties that provide an easily cleaned surface and protection for the inner cushion. Comfort-Tek has multi-dimensional stretch and helps alleviate pressure on bony prominences.

Single Rail provides tall side support. Can use to prevent internal rotation.
