The new Spirit Plus 2400 Adjustable Positioning System (APS) Special Needs Car Seat features swing-away trunk and hip supports normally found only in complex wheelchair seating systems. The Spirit APS is designed for users between 25-130lbs., and up to 66 inches in height.

The Spirit Plus Pediatric Car Seat comes standard with features such as soft-padded head support, low profile sides to make transfers of passengers easier, plush machine-washable upholstery, 5-point harness for safety and a recline bar to provide recline (tilt). Also, installation is made easier as the vehicle shoulder belt can be used as the tether in most installations.

For users requiring additional positioning, the Spirit is the only car seat that offers swing-away trunk and hip supports that are individually adjustable and can be fitted exactly to the user's specifications. The support assemblies, along with the pads, can be ordered in various sizes to accommodate varying trunk and hip widths. The swing-away latch mechanisms enable a full 180 degree range so that they swing completely out of the way during transfers of the individual in and out of the seat.

CATH-SECURE is the original multi-purpose tube holder. It provides an efficient, standarized system for securing catheters and medical tubing. The device is easy to adjust and may remain in place for approximately one week without altering skin integrity. CATH-SECURE is made with alcohol-soluble adhesive. Features a single center tab. 2.5" long tab, 3"x1.75" base.

Columbia pedatric toilet support systems provide support for users while toileting. Toilet support backs are available in low or tall back heights, and are available with a padded or non-padded configuration.

Toilet Support Back heights are easy to adjust and easy to remove when not in use.

Mounting bases for the Toilet Support System are easy to install and are also available in a Heavy Duty stainless steel version for institutional use. Additional U-shaped mounting bases can be purchased for use on other toilets.

Padded support back option provides extra support and comfort while toileting.

The small toilet support systems have a reduced seat depth and include a plastic reducer ring. The reduced seat depth mounts 4in forward when attached to the U-shape mounting base.
