The Large Special Tomato Multi-Positioning Seat (MPS) now offers a special needs car seat for larger and older children! The special needs car seat provides proper seating support for your child that has been crash tested and is safe for use in the car. The Special Tomato Car Seat is a soft, lightweight and durable seating surface with cushions that allow for customized support. The cushions move up and down on a hook and loop track allowing for growth of your child and length of use of the Car Seat. The cushions are made from a latex free material that is peel and tear resistant and impermeable to fluids. The cushions are supported by an outer shell that maintains position. Included with the Special Tomato Car Seat is Hip-Flex adjustment that provides 30 degrees of pivot. This provides the proper alignment of your child's pelvis while using the special needs car seat from Special Tomato. The perfect solution to your car travel needs from Special Tomato!

Tilite precision bearing fits rear wheels and caster forks.

We recommend replacing these once a year as part of your yearly wheelchair maintenance. Doing so will allow you to go faster and roll farther with less strain on your body.

Helpful Tip: Two bearings are needed for each wheel or fork.

The KLIP 4-Wheel Posterior Pediatric Walker is designed to make walking less energy consuming, improve alignment and maximize potential for walking. The four wheel design improves walking cadence and stride length while the child shifts their own weight forward. One direction rear wheels prevent the walker from rolling backwards though this can be overridden as needed. The swivel front wheels allow for free movement in any direction. A locking system on the front wheels of the can to restrict the free movement if necessary as well.

KLIP walkers have 5 inch wheels which allow for easy movement across any surface. They are also light weight and fold down for easier storage and transport.
