The JAY Fusion Cushion from Sunrise Medical is an advanced adjustable skin-protection cushion designed to provide stability and pressure management. It features a multi-layered, contoured foam base and a specially coated anti-wicking seam thread to prevent moisture from wicking through the seam holes and soaking the base foam. The inner cover is made with Lycra, allowing it to stretch and conform to the individual's shape, while the rear edge of the top cushion cover "waterfalls" over the back edge of the cushion to minimize the chance of users developing a "seam hotspot".

The cushion also features a pelvic loading area determined by common skeletal measurements, as well as JAY Flow Fluid, DRY FLOATATION Air or CryoFluid insert options. The CryoFluid insert actively cools the seated skin surface for up to 8 hours while evenly distributing pressure, reducing shear, and lowering the risk of moisture. The cushion also features an innovative base technology that ensures maximum comfort throughout the entire cushion surface.

The New TiLite MBL Composite Scissor Wheel Lock is the newest and most durable compact wheelchair wheel lock available. ( Replaces AS111502-Z, AS111503-Z) The textured handle prevents hands from slipping when using the lock, and the ergonomic design requires less effort to engage and disengage.

When not in use, the single action lever folds out of the way so you won't catch your thumb while propelling the wheel or transferring. The scissor mechanism is easy to lock while the wheel lock itself is compact and extremely lightweight. You have the option of using your existing wheel lock mounting clamps if replacing existing wheel locks.

Please select a right hand wheel lock, left hand wheel lock or a pair. Mounting clamps are not included and can be added separately.
